Paris.

Tonight at 1:30 am, I'm going to be sitting in a plane, staring out an airplane window at clouds like i always do (Clouds are fascinating. They're so fluffy and white and well... cloud-like! Plus, they resemble cotton candy... I love me some cotton candy.) flying across one thirds of this humongously awesome globe on my way to the city of luuurve.
I finally get my hands on a - muahahaha- Sephora! The sad part about Mumbai is that there isn't a Sephora, and I really do love it there.

That isn't even the best part. The best part - Disneyland, yeaaah.
Disneyland has the magical abilities of turning even the most 'mature', (yeah, right. I hate teenagers that act way older than they are. You're, what, 15? 17? Stop acting thirty! Enjoy yourselves, goddamnit. Jump in the kiddie pool! Run in the rain! Ding dong ditch people! Get kicked out of the mall now and then! Soon you're gonna be too old to do all that.) the most stuck-up teenagers into five year olds. I'm a good example of that.
I shall blog about Disney and the rides I went on next week, so look forward to that.
Oh, and I'm going to let you in on a little secret - I'm scared of rollercoasters. When I say scared, I mean absolutely terrified. My goal for my tenth Disney trip (Yes, I'm insane in my love for Disneyland. And YES, I haven't gone on a giant rollercoaster...yet. I chicken out each time.) is to finally face my fear and get on that damned coaster!!
If I do, I shall post a picture of my crazy-screaming-terrified-out-of-my-mind coaster-face.

Comment and tell me if you want specific posts about what I'm up to in Paris!!

And, well... Comment, please! I love seeing those!

Whataaawhaat??

Last night, I dreamt I was flying. And no, not just regular flying - flying around Paris with a smirk on my face and a fist stuck out in front me like superman. But no, I wasn't saving lives. I have my pockets filled with lipsticks and eye pencils, blush and foundation.
My job - SAVE THE UGLIES BY GIVING THEM MAKEOVERS.
No, I'm not kidding. My night consisted of me stuck in a dream where I would swoop in, give someone a makeover in a split second, and swoop out. BEAUTY SAVES THE DAY!!!

...Yeah, I know what you're thinking...And no, i don't need help.

Anyway, If THAT isn't enough to go whataaawhaat?? at, then I don't know what is.

Oh, and also, my dog thinks he's a 'gator -

MIA? Sorry.

Okay, i know I haven't exactly been blogging much lately.
I have my reasons for that!
a) It's summer. I really do nothing in summer besides hang around doing absolutely nothing productive. Not much to blog about there, hmm?
b) While writing a, I completely forgot what b was.
c) I seem to be in a whole other world lately. It's nice out here, all rain and sunlight and butterflies and monopoly and flowers and movies and tons and tons and tons of makeup.
Just so you know that I am not completely useless, I shall inform you that I have been writing blog posts. It's just that when I read them over, I find them much too offensive to post. Somehow I end up criticizing (it took me five tries to get that word right. After the fourth try STILL having a red squiggly line underneath, I gave up and googled it. Who knew it was spelt with a 'c' and not an 's' in the middle? Interesting.) someone or the other. Desperately not wanting to offend someone - as I'm trying this positive (shitty) outlook on life where I'm nice all the time to every-effing-one - I just gave up.
This be-nice thingy is probably the worst decision of my life. Do you have any idea how hard it is? I've lasted quite a while, surprisingly.
Although I must warn you - stay away from me when I'm PMSing. All my pushed down bitchiness seems to bubble over. I once threw a shoe at someone when in PMS rage. (Fortunately she was better at ducking than I was at aiming.)

Oh, and also. This blog post is dedicated to Nayonica, because she's the biggest follower I've had, and I love her support. Thank you Nayonica!

Rainbows! #2

Three days have passed, and the sky is still devoid of rainbows.

I desperately want to glimpse one. Hopefully it will bring colour to this dull, boring summer.
One thing I've noticed, is that despite how down your mood can be, a rainbow always puts a smile to your face. Maybe it's all the different colours. Maybe it's simply the thought of two different elements of nature that cause a beautiful spectrum of light to appear out of nowhere, in the sky. Maybe it's the thought of the mysterious pot of gold that is supposedly at the end of the rainbow ;)
Did you know that it is impossible to reach the end of a rainbow? A rainbow is just an optical effect, so you can never really find the location of the end of one. Interesting, huh?
That's one of the reasons why I love rainbows. They're so breathtaking, and I love the mystery that lingers around those bands of colour splayed across the sky. A rainbow never looks the same to anyone - it always appears different! No matter how often you see one, when you have the good fortune of stumbling across the sight of one in the sky, you're still mesmerized.

So once again, I created my own rainbows!

Here is a closeup, in case you'd like to observe my magical (I wish) nail art skills ;)

I hope these rainbows brightened your day, like they brightened mine.

Rainbows!

You know what's always fun?
Rainbows!

Since it's raining and everything, I expected a rainbow to pop up out of the sky.
...But nope.
NO RAINBOWS.
I mean, the second it starts raining, the sun goes and hides. What's the damned fun in rain, if there aren't any rainbows?!
Afte days of staring out the window hoping to glimpse a rainbow, while my mind was screaming "DAMNED SKY! Start pooping rainbows already!", I finally gave up.

Instead, I decided to make my own rainbow.
So I called up Amy (In case you don't remember her - diligent Zara worshipper... Remember her now? Good.) And made her come to my house as quick as she could, because we needed to make rainbows.
(The quickest she could come was Friday. So I sat on my ass for two days deprived of my rainbow. Yes, she's EVIL.)
Here is Amy and me -
(I'm on the left, she's on the right. Bad lighting, yes, I know. But this was the only picture I could find of us where I wasn't baring my teeth and growling. I tend to do that a lot.)

So, anyway. She didn't know what i was talking about with creating a rainbow...
But when she got over, I told her... And she was as psyched about it as me... (Thank you, God, for giving me a friend who is as make up obsessed as I am) So we conjured up our very own rainbows!

Rainbow eyes!

Here is a close up of my eye -

And here is Amy's eye -

Don't we look rainbow-licious?

A shot of my eyes closed -

I hate baggy dresses.

Okay, I don't hate ALL baggy dresses. I mean, I'm sure there are people out there that really need them, like pregnant or obese women. In that case, ignore my pointless rant.
Anywho.
Baggy dresses. REALLY? I just don't see the appeal in them.

I was at Zara today, shopping with Amy, another diligent Zara worshipper. Zara was on a super sale right now, and of course, I can't resist a sale. I'm like a moth to a fire. Or a lamp. Or a bright object. Or whatever it is moths flock to and burn in. (In this case, it's burning a hole in my wallet.)
So I'm standing in line for the trial room, bored out of my senses and people-watching (as usual) when I see this woman with the figure of a bikini model pick out this hideously large, baggy dress that cut off right at mid-calf. That's another thing. I hate dresses that cut off at mid-calf. Even if you have fantastic killer legs, they still make them look stumpy. Why, why, why would people wear them?!
Anywho. This woman picks out the dress from the pile of smushed together discarded dresses. Totally expecting her to put it down with a look of disgust, I was about to turn away. But then she shocks me - She SMILES, and checks the price tag!
Oh, the HORROR!
And then, if my mind was not already reeling from the mind-numbing shock of someone SMILING at a baggy dress, she... She joins the line to the trial room! The dress in hand!
I must have stood there gaping with my mouth wide open for about ten minutes. (Or, okay, ten seconds. Whatever, tomato tomaato)
And then later - yes, I was watching her. No, I'm not a stalker - She BOUGHT IT!

I don't get it.
If you can fit into this -

Why would you wear this? -

...I honestly do not understand.

Wonderrr Woman.

MAC's limited editions always fascinate me. And their Wonder Woman limited edition items were just as interesting.

Unfortunately, I'd sworn not to purchase any more makeup unless I finished what I already had.

But then this happened -
a)

Themyscira Opulash.

The colour is intense and shows surprisingly well. It really compliments a light blue eyeshadow, and brightens up a natural makeup look.
It gets slightly crumbly, though. I found THAT out when my friend pointed out little blue specks under my eyes at school. So it's not exactly long-wearing mascara.
Look how blue!

(How awesome are eye veins? They fascinate me.)

Normally, I wouldn't go for a coloured mascara. But one look at this amazing, intense colour (and, of course, the awesome packaging) and I couldn't help but indulge.

And then... Well, I indulged some more...

b)

This is the Wonder Woman Lipglass, in bright red with soft pearl.
I love it! It's annoyingly sticky, though, but what lipgloss isn't? It's perfect for when you dont feel like a red lipstick, but still want red.

It's also glittery, but not TOO glittery, like a tween's lipgloss. Which is REALLY hard to find... believe me, I've looked!

So err...Despite me having no pocket money left for this week... Yay!
